A couple of things i am lusting after at the moment that are way out of my price range! I have really loved Simone Camille bags for a while after seeing some celebs with them and i'm on a look out for a high street imitation! They are perfect summer bags with little shorts and t-shirts!
I have been obsessed with Low Luv since i saw Miley Cyrus wearing the double ring the whole range is stunning i want all of it.
The Wildfox love continues as i could see these cute little shorts fitting perfectly into my summer wardrobe! Also All Saints have some really nice stuff in at the moment but again i find it so over priced for what you actually get.

It's becoming more and more obvious to see Primarks runway inspirtations! This Lookbook is by far the best they have produced yet it looks great and makes the clothes looks fantastic quality and very designer. Unfortunatly we all know when you try these garments on in store they will be terrible fit on 90% of the population!

I'm really loving the Jil Sander style striped maxi and the Gucci colour blocking! Also i think Primark have really upped their game when it comes to shoes! I think that overall they have raised their prices alot in most cases too much for the garments but the shoes are great values at the moment! Some really great summer wedge/boot styles that i'm liking

I am so behind on blogging at the moment! I'm finishing a Live breif from Tommy Hilfiger designing 30 mens tshirt graphics and 20 womens. Writing an essay about why designer labels are important in todays society and in the middle of a photography and styling project! So while i'm taking a break i thought i would catch up on some posts! Firstly Emma Watson naturally looked perfect at every event she attended in London i really loved what she wore the the Elle Style award as it was very different to what she usually wears! I am a sucker for any red carpet event at this time of the year so naturally i stay up until 1am to see all of the dresses live on E! I have to say that i wasn't massively blown away madly in love with any look this year. I really liked Lea Michele in Oscar De La Renta although it was a bit "material girl". I also liked Olivia Wildes Marchesa dress and i adored the Louboutins but i think they should have been silver and not yellow would have probably made her my best dressed. i think that my best dressed of the night was Anne Hathway in Armani Privé as it was such a step away from the "princess" dresses she usually wears it was nice to see a really fashionable sexy risky dress being worn and still looking classy!

I have been very busy completing a Promtion and Branding project for uni which i've just finished today which i why i have been absent from blogging for a while!

I had to create my own brand and design 12 products then create a website, logos, swing tags, advertisement etc for my company which was actually quite fun! I just need to print everything tomorow then i have to do a presentation about my brand! Scary!
I'm also waiting to hear back about a job which i should hear by friday so very nervous and checking for the email every two minutes and i just know i'm going to hear on wednesday when i am doing my presentation so i'm going to turn my phone off so i can concerntrate fully on my uni work!

I am so in love with this Burberry coat made for Emma Watson i love the idea of taking something traditional and making it more modern and edgy! This look could be easily recreated with a cheap mac and alot of time spent putting studs on it!
I'm always using polyvore to play around but atm it won't let me copy and paste the coded images into my blog! So i have to make do with this tiny picture! Does anyone else get a "christmas" outfit they wear on the day and plan before hand?

After having a good look at this collection i can safely say i am underwhelmed! I think there was some nice pieces like the tulle puffy skirted dress and some nice tshirts but overall i think it is way over priced! Yes i get it, it's very cheap compared to actual Lanvin but i think £99 for a dress from H&M is not something i will be doing mabye it's just because i don't LOVE the clothes. I think if i had the chance i would possibly pick up one of the tshirts which are my fav things or the sunglasses/lipsticks

She has had a fantastic couple of day for dressing well! I wish there was pictures from interviews as well because she had some gorgeous little dresses that went so well with her new hair. She wore customised vintage to the London premiere and i thought it was gorgeous it just scream movie star it was young fashionable but classy.
I am so jealous of her amazing Burberry trench with leather sleeves i want it so bad! Last night she wore classic simple Calvin Klein which totally expresses her character and style. If anything i wish she had taken more of a risk! It's possibly too simple

I have a very important interview tomorow so i went shopping for something to wear for it! I picked up the flowery shirt dress from te Pearl Lowe peacocks collection but it was just a bit informal! I'm keeping it anyway obviously! I tried on a million things in Topshop all of which were rubbish then i tried on a million things in Miss Selfridge and when i put this dress on it felt so nice. The colour of the shirt goes strangley well with my ginger hair! My only problem now is what bag to take? I don't know if i should take the Betsey Johnson bag but i have it in black or the Chloe bag no doubt it will be decided tomorow morning!
Problem is i'm going to Manchester so i have to sit on the train for 3 hours in all my clothes! Luckily the dress is stretchy it has no fastenings you just pull it on so hopefully i won't be too uncomfortable!

I've always had a soft spot for her but i think she looks even more young and trendy now she has gotten rid of her hair extensions! I love the mid length cut it really suits her and makes her look alot older. She has been sporting super cute rocky/boho outfits with Alexander Wang amazing shoes or some Topshop clogs which are to die for! I just die over her oversized vest/tees/cardis/jumpers that i want to go out and buy everything she wears!

I really liked this collection although it was quite similar to the Charlotte Ronson in my opinion but a little more "fashion". I think the reason i like it is my love of maxi's again i hope it isn't clouding my judgment! I love the pretty chiffon fabric's against the thick knitted jumpers or against the thick maxi skirts theres something very pretty about it even though i shouldn't work!

I thought this show was so cute! It was fun and young and actually reminded me alot of Betsey Johnson shows! I love to see pretty dresses and cute florals but the collection still had an edge to it because of how it was styled and everything was teamed with tough shoe boots. I don't really like the make up it was kind of child in mams make up bag but it kind of worked with the styling. I was great to see Crystal Renn in this show, she has lost some weight but it definatly not under a uk size 12 and that still makes her plus sized next to all of those size 0!

I had a look at this collection out of interest because i'm constantly seeing it on everybody in magazines! However i have to say i am not verty impressed, i really don't like the styling of the show. The girls look like there about to fall over and die at any second! I also wasn't blown away by the models that were chosen i didn't think any of them really showed the collection of well to the people that wear the dresses! They should have had sexier bouncey haired girls not young skinny models, I also would have liked to have seen a different gown instead of the same one in black and white! I'm interested to see some celebrities in them because i think that they will look lovely.

Carey Mulligan was on the red carpet for her new film the other day wear a Christopher Kane Resort 2011 dress. The dress was the final look of the collection although it looks a little different in the lookbook! Thats because alot of the dresses from this collection had zips around the skirts so that alot dresses could be made short and short dresses into long ones! I think it's a brilliant idea and she yound british actress it's great to see Carey supporting birtish designers!

VMA's 2010

Usually a VMA's are the chance to see young Hollywood in fab young fashionable edgy looks! I was very disapointed with what people were wearing this year theres no ohhh thats amazing or omg thats hideous looks it's all middle of the road type dresses! The only stand out dress for me was Lady Gaga in Alexander McQueen, I adore anything McQueen so it was pretty much a no brainer for me! The dress is amazing and i think very understated for Lady Gaga if it was paired with some black heels instead of THE McQueen shoes it would have been a very presentable look!
I really liked Selena Gomez in a Reem Acra dress just because it's exactly what i've wanted to see her in for ages something that makes a statement and that is more grown up! I think she looks beautiful. Ashley Greene wore a Giambattista Valli mini which was nice but it would have been nice to see her with a smile on her face! Your at the VMA's be happy! I love Taylor Swift i think she's lovely and classy but i wish she would step outside the box for once she always looks like she's going to the Oscars! She a mega star singer she can wear anything she wants! She went for a D+G strapless nude coloured prom dress which was a snooze.
Emma Stone wore a really cute Pucci leather look mini dress (finally someone looking abit edgey!) but i don't think she had the attitude to work it she looked a little shy and awkward. Katy Perry wore a Marchesa mini which was flesh toned netting with a black design covering her lady parts, the bottom half of the dress is then a totally different puffy white design! I feel like Katy can work alot of looks so this dress looks good although it reminds me alot of the nude dress she wore earlier this year that was covered in crystals and that was way sexier and cooler than this Marchesa which seems confused as to what kind of dress it wants to be!

Here are some images from the new Biba Lookbook for the line at House of Fraser! I really like some of it although it is very over priced. Biba never used to be expensive it was affordable for everyone which was why it was so popular but i see that they want to make it a luxury brand. I really like the Flower printed long sleeved dress which is very 60's! I also really like the leopard coat but i could get a fur leopard coat anywhere so to me it's not really that exciting. However i really like the idea of doing jewelery and bags! Biba relaunches on the 9th of September at House of Fraser!

I'm so in love with jumpers and cardigans it's ridiculous. I get so excited about knitwear i think it can totally change your outfit in a second at the moment i'm constantly wearing a black H! by Henry Holland oversized cardigan which is covered in holes and delicate bits of wool. However my bracelets keep catching on the holes and clicking it! I really would love a maxi cardigan i think it would look so cute with leggings, oversized tshirt and boots! Theres something about winter clothes that does it for me in a way that summer wardrobes don't! Although ironically i now look forward to wearing my denim shorts with thick tights!

I read a great article in Look magazine today and websites that hire out designer clothes, shoes and hangbags! (I don't know why i have never checked it out before as i had heard about it) I quickly got online to have a look and soon became far to excited by the whole idea of it! The best website i came across was www.girlmeetsdress.co.uk they offer a huge collection of designer dresses and some handbags. It's such a brilliant idea if you want something wow for your christmas party or for a wedding as you can sometimes spend up to £200 once you have put your high street outfit together! So why not jump online and order a fab Marc Jacobs dress? I soon discovered that websites like this would be far to dangerous and addictive! I started ohhing and ahhhing over the dresses they had on offer and start saying to myself "oh only £289 for this Christopher Kane dress for 2 nights". Which is wheni realise i need to step away!
So i checked out www.fashionhire.co.uk which has a great selection of bags if they had an Alexa in stock i may have been tempted to give it a try however theres a waiting list for most of the popular bags and styles!

2010 Emmy Awards!

I totally forgot about the Emmy Awards that the other night i just stumble upon the red carpet on E! I taped it so i could watch it the next day and there was some really nice outfits! My fav being Anna Paquin in Alexander McQueen i love how she always takes risks with her clothes! It nices to see some different designs on the red carpet and not just strapless gowns.
My next favourites were Lea Michele in Oscar De La Renta i really like the navy blue colour although the strapless design is abit samey the ruffles make it abit more exciting. Dianna Agron from Glee wore Carolina Herrera which was stunning! She always wears quite vintage looking dresses which is refreshing to see! I Also loved Vampire Diaries Nina Dobrev in Zuhair Murad she may be one of my new fav red carpet dressers!

It's nearly that time of year again already, for me it couldn't come soon enough. Yes it's Harry Potter time, i try to concentrate on fashion while blogging but i always need somewhere to put my Harry Potter nonsense!
I feel so excited now after reading the reviews on Mugglenet from the first viewing of the unfinished Deathly Hallows part 1 and wow could it but true that FINALLY hp fans can be truley satisfied? According to them yes! They say this film stays true to the book like never before and that a hp has never satsfied them like this since Chamber of Secrets!
After seeing Half Blood Prince i didn't have high hopes for this film as i felt it lacked in story and went for cheap laughs when they should have been evolving the story into the serious story it is! I hope that these two films show Harry Potter for what it is!

I had noticed this Burberry Makeup campaign pop up in my glossy mags i while ago now but i didn't realise that it was available to buy already! I always love Burberry's campaigns there so british and young although i have to admit i am missing Emma Watson in the recent ones!
I would have loved to have seen Emma in these shoots and can't wait to see her in them with her new pixie cut! However i think that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looks a dream in the adverts!

According to Vogue.co.uk Daisy Lowe as been chosen as the new face of Biba's autumn/winter 2010 collection. The brand is about to be relaunched and will be sold in House of Fraiser

I'm quite excited about this as i just adored the Barbara Hulanicki for Topshop collection! Although i can take or leave Daisy Lowe i do think she will be brilliant for this collection as she has a very vintage look plus she is a normal sized girl which is fab!

I love watching rubbish like the Teen Choice awards when there on tv and i was actually in america when they were on this year! So i watched some of them and it was very boring. So was the fashion! It seems like less and less people bother going every year!I didn't LOVE any of the outfit's everything was kinda of average.

Lea Michele in a cream and green Naeem Khan mini which was cute young and trendy! I liked the wedges with it!
Megan Fox in Isabel Marant i thought this was a really nice choice! It's nice to see her in something colourful and different i feel like i'm always seeing her in black, red or cream!
Hilary Duff in a green Hervé Léger dress was abit to much! The whole art of a Hervé Léger is that it's simple and stunning on it's own the key word being simple! I'm not keen on the mega necklace and hair piled ontop of her head, a more simple updo and no necklace would have been much nicer! She doesn't look bad but she doesn't look amaze
Nina Dobrev in a gorgeous Alex Perry dress which was probs the only dress i really liked from this night and ofc no one makes a glitzy dress like Alex Perry! Like the whole look very young Hollywood and cute!
Selena Gomez in BcBG Max Azria which was nice but boring! It's to similar to the floaty lilac Baby Phat dress she wore last year but not as nice! I don't like the shoes i feel like if she wanted to be edgey then do it and put it out there but it's just abit blah!!! I want to see her in something younger! You can still look classy and fashion forward!

Winter Wardrobe

I can't wait for Winter! Yes summers great you get time off etc but god i miss Winter clothes! Layers of jumpers and coats and tights and boots nothing beats it in my opinion. I am so looking forward to buying a new winter coat, I've had a little online look about already and Topshop have some really nice coats i really like this black one with the leopard trim however it looks a little shapeless and i am very very fussy about my coats! I definatly wearing tights with my playsuits to make them Winter esk as well as with girlie dresses and teaming them with boots.
I really like some of Topshops new lookbooks my favourite being Rough Diamond which is very rock chick meets girlie girl! I also really like Dark Nouveau which is very similar to the Rough Diamond look but is abit more chic and less cute looking!
I am very desperate for a job atm as i had to leave my other one but hopefuly i will find something soon and i have summer internship that i am applying for next summer so fingers crossed about that! (Although it is still in the early stages!)

Wow! This did not disapoint the whole collection was breath taking i love the medieval theme in the collection! It's so sad that this was McQueens last collection and although the brand will carry on we will never know what he might have done. It's a strange thought but interesting to see how they carry on now
